The 2nd APEC Policy Dialogue to End the HIV Epidemic, convened on 22 August 2026 in Dalian, PR China, opened the implementation phase of the APEC Action Plan to End the HIV Epidemic (2026-2031).
 

Co-hosted by the Ministry of Health of Chile and the National Disease Control & Prevention Administration of PR China, the Dalian Dialogue brought together more than 30 senior government officials, academic & clinical experts, and industry leaders from 6 APEC economies to advance the discussion from what economies should do to how they should do it.
